What's the difference between Neutrogena Acne Stress Control Power Foam and Cream Wash?

Your acne is cause by your oily skin. Bacteria loves oily skin. Wash your face three times a day with only warm water. If you don't have access to a sink, use a tissue paper to dry your skin (gently patting it on your skin to soak up all the oil).

i think the difference would be that one would be foamy if you use it on your face and the other cream like . i think the foam and cream part would just depend on your preference ; they both target the same problems and both work basically the same so really, there is't much a big difference .
Its just a different form the cleanser is provided. Some people like foam and some like cream. If it says the same thing then it will do the same things its just for people who like one or the other.
