and why did you go to department stores they dont sell neutorgena unless you mean ulta or something.

I bought one few weeks ago at Priceline (if you live in Australia, you'll know the shops, they are usually in Westfield)
i was looking all over for it and they had run out in walmart but i decided to check Ulta and they had it on sale.
