Right now I'm using both. I use the Gentle Cleanser because my dermatologist gave it to me. I use the Cream Cleanser because it feels really nice on my skin and I heard the the Gentle Cleansers don't get rid of dead skin cells, plus the Cream Cleanser is suppose to give you a better complexion.

i absolutely love cream cleanser.it clears up your skin and dead skin cells nutrogena is dermatolagist recomended, too.hope i helped
