How well does Neutrogena Healthy Skin Eye Cream work? I've just started using it for my dark undereye circles.

I'm not sure about the Neutrogena but BeautiControl has Regeneration Time To Go Time Capsules with Retinol Eye Serum that you use every other night and everyone I know that has used it LOVES it. Personally I don't have trouble with dark circles so I haven't tried it. But two of my friends have had people comment on how the appearance of their eyes. I am going to start using it because of the other benefits such as improved skin texture, mositurization, firmness, etc.
